I wish there were a better moniker for professional business portraits than, “headshots.” A bit coarse and utilitarian, but it gets the job done, I suppose. Opinions vary on what constitutes a headshot, but the important thing is what does it mean to you? Headshots can convey an endless array of messages, so the first order of business is determining what yours needs to convey. This, of course, typically depends on its purpose and who you are as a person.
