It needs to be cheap and fast due to the low overhead, fast pace model most realtors like to follow. Architectural photography in Maine and New Hampshire (and pretty much anywhere else) is about giving the viewer all the vibes. What would it be like to live in a space? It’s also used to add to the portfolios of architects, interior and landscape designers, and builders. Media that will build legacies. These images will be right at home in a home design or architectural magazine or website.
It’s typically required to spend as little time photographing homes for real estate as possible, whereas architectural or editorial shoots can take 1-2 or more days, not to mention preproduction.
