2 PEOPLE
On-location at your office/space ($250 location fee may apply). Allow for 1 hour shooting time.

3-5 PEOPLE
On-location at your office/space ($250 location fee may apply). Allow for 1 hour shooting time.
$180/pp.
6-12 PEOPLE
On-location at your office/space ($250 location fee may apply). Allow for 90 minutes shooting time.
$160/pp.
13-19 PEOPLE
On-location at your office/space ($250 location fee may apply). Allow for 2 hours shooting time.
$140/pp.
20-30 PEOPLE
On-location at your office/space ($250 location fee may apply). Allow for 3 hours shooting time.
$120/pp.
30+ PEOPLE
For medium to large companies, it can be more beneficial to book based on a day or half-day rate rather than per-person. I can photograph approximately 80-100 people per day. Request a quote.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Business team headshot sessions typically take place at your business location. A location fee of $250 to cover equipment transport, setup and staging may be applicable. Suitable parking must be provided, parking reimbursement when required.
Pricing includes a group shot of your business team, upon request (dependent on team size and logistical feasibility).
Please allow approximately 45 minutes for my setup time. This can vary depending on load-in logistics. Breakdown is similar, but typically takes a bit less time.
We offer white, grey, or black backgrounds. If you have a different color or background preference, we’re happy to work with you on this (i.e. you might want to incorporate your workplace environment as a background).
Each team member can expect to spend about 5 minutes +/- in front of the camera. I provide guided positioning and expression coaching. I pride myself on a kind and relaxed interaction with everyone.
Each person will receive one digital image file of their choice. I’ll provide clear and easy instructions on accessing personal galleries. Let me know if you have a different selection process or require more than one image per person.
If you have a team of more than 30 people, please contact me for a custom quote. I’m available for travel nationwide (US) for teams ranging from 2-1000 members. I have a streamlined process and volume discounts in place to provide a great experience at a great price. This takes the lion’s share of work and hassle off your, or your department’s plate.
